• Kurt is wrapping production on Driving Force, which premiered on A&E July 17th to 1.8 million total viewers, the best series premiere for the network since 2004.
• The Room screened at the Independent Television Festival July 28-31 at the Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. (Website)
• Brady Nasfell was accepted into the Producer's Guild of America (PGA).
• Shane Gilbert has left Sodium to pursue new adventures, leading relief efforts in Africa and producing documentary work on the subject.
• Last Dispatch premiered in New York and Chicago in April 2006.
• Breaking Dawn was released on home video by Lions Gate Films on March 7, 2006. Check it out at your local store, or put it in your NetFlix or Blockbuster queue!
• The 2005 NBC Fall Preview aired in August 2005 on USA Network, SCI-FI, Bravo, and NBC.
• Last Dispatch was #64 in box office gross, but #2 in per engagement average for the weekend ending August 1, 2005. It was #5 in box office gross for all indie films, making Fabrication Films the #2 indie distributor for the weekend.

• Sodium recently wrapped production on this year's NBC Fall Preview, hosted by Vanessa Marcil and Nikki Cox on the new set of Las Vegas.
• In July, Sodium produced Ground Truth, a four-part dramatization of how Los Angeles responds to a terrorist attack, for use in government training for homeland security. Sodium worked with SRA International and Los Angeles County to complete the project.
• Outsource, directed by Dan Trezise and starring Judson Morgan and Kelly Overton, is currently in post-production.
Breaking Dawn was an official selection of the Hollywood Film Festival in October 2004. (The screening was the best attended of the festival films!) The after party at Cin(e)space was sponsored by Hasbro's Rubiks Cube.
The Sodium team was in Boston filming the final concert of the indie rock band Dispatch for a new documentary The Last Dispatch, which was directed by Helmut Schleppi. The local authorities expected 10-30,000 fans to show up... 110,000 did!

The Arclight Cinema in Hollywood was the spot for a birthday bash for James Haven, thrown by his sister Angelina Jolie. The night began with a screening of Breaking Dawn and the short film Rent-A-Person.
Foreign rights to Breaking Dawn (aka The Gleam of Dawn) have been picked up by Curb Entertainment. The film will be featured as one of three that Curb screens at the 2004 Cannes film market.
Breaking Dawn was screened privately for a full house of cast, crew, industry colleagues and distributors on March 23, 2004 at the Harmony Gold Theatre in Hollywood. Thanks to everyone who made it a huge success!
Production is complete on The Room, a series pilot for a semi-scripted sitcom about, well, sitcoms. The Room is produced by Kurt Schemper and written by Dan Ewald & Rajeev Sigamoney.
Andrea Nasfell's script Serpent Watch (set in Nevada) won second place in the 2003 Nevada Film Office Screenplay Competition. The awards were presented on January 26, 2004 in Las Vegas.
Production wrapped for Breaking Dawn on August 19th. The wrap party at Dominick's was featured in the Hollywood Reporter's About Town section on August 24, 2003.
Brady Nasfell won a 2002 Promax Award for the promo he produced and directed for PAX-TV's "Dinner with Doc" sweepstakes.
Flying Changes was an official selection of the 2001 International Family Film Festival where it was a finalist in the dramatic feature category.
